About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at baupal GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development: You will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that showcases our expertise in energy efficiency and climate tech.
  • Research and Analysis: You will conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop a data-driven SEO strategy.
  • Content Creation: You will create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.
  • On-Page Optimization: You will optimize our website for search engines, ensuring that our content is easily discoverable and ranks high in search results.
  • Link Building: You will develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and build natural, relevant links to our website.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will track and analyze SEO metrics and KPIs using industry-standard tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform our marketing strategy.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned SEO professional with a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for climate tech and energy efficiency. You will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO ranking factors, and industry trends.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in SEO tools
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English
