Global Demand Strategy Leader

Your Role
As a pivotal member of our Demand Planning department, you will spearhead the Global Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning initiatives. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of 10 professionals in optimizing our end-to-end demand planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in the Global Demand Planning process, ensuring a robust demand signal and effective communication among Sales, Supply, and Finance stakeholders.
- Enhance our statistical forecasting and analytics capabilities, ensuring the Planning community remains focused on strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure full visibility of market forecasts, emphasizing growth drivers and early-phase planning.
- Effectively communicate demand plans, assumptions, and deviations to the supply organization, establishing a structured monthly cycle for updates.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that deliver value to our customers.
- Implement a results-oriented Integrated Business Planning process that promotes growth, product availability, and optimal working capital management.
- Lead pre-IBP meetings with relevant stakeholders to align plans, identify challenges, and facilitate solutions.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the medical or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
- Proven experience in integrated business planning.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive impactful business results.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience working within a global matrix organization, effectively collaborating across diverse teams and levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
