Global Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning Manager (d/f/m)

We are currently seeking a *Global Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning Manager* to spearhead our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and refine our comprehensive Global Demand Planning process, leading a team of 10 passionate Global Planners.
  • Maintain a robust demand signal and facilitate effective communication among key stakeholders in Sales, Supply, and Finance throughout the Planning Process.
  • Enhance our statistical forecasting and analytics capabilities, ensuring the Planning community prioritizes effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure full visibility of market forecast enrichments, focusing on growth drivers and critically assessing launch plans and phase-outs during the initial definition stages.
  • Convey demand plans, assumptions, deviations, and essential information to the supply organization, establishing a structured communication cadence within the monthly cycle.
  • Build upon existing KPIs and further develop supporting metrics that drive customer value.
  • Develop and implement a global, results-oriented Integrated Business Planning process that fosters growth, product availability, and efficient working capital management, engaging all relevant stakeholders, including commercial, marketing, supply, finance, and sourcing.
  • Lead pre-IBP meetings with stakeholders from relevant functions, aligning plans, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions while supporting the preparation of executive meetings.

Qualifications

While not all of the following qualifications may apply, we are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following:

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning (spanning commercial to supply), preferably within the medical or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
  • Experience in integrated business planning.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Extensive experience working across various hierarchies and stakeholders in a global matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
