Are you a motivated and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and CRM? Do you have a passion for data-driven marketing and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a talented Marketing Student CRM Specialist to join our team at PAYBACK GmbH

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly campaign reports to identify optimization potential and product developments
  • Independently manage and coordinate advertising space in our CMS system, ensuring seamless communication with partners
  • Support the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings, such as welcome and birthday communications
  • Accompany complex campaigns from briefing to playout, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Prepare and present analysis results in engaging presentations
  • Take ownership of sub-projects, such as developing an integration concept for our "Refer a Friend" product
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Currently studying economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mind
  • High level of enthusiasm for CRM and experience in email marketing and CRM is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
  • Team player with a passion for fun and creativity at work
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and independence
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Very good German language skills (C1 level)
