Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Student CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for preparing monthly campaign reports, analyzing optimization potential, and identifying product developments. You'll also work on exchanging advertising space in our CMS system, coordinating with partners, and supporting the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly campaign reports to identify optimization potential and product developments
  • Exchange advertising space in our CMS system and coordinate with partners
  • Support the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings
  • Accompany complex campaigns from briefing to playout
  • Prepare analysis results in presentations
  • Take on your own (sub-)projects, such as integration concepts for new products
Your Profile

We're looking for a student with a strong background in economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a related field. You should have a keen interest in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mind. A high level of enthusiasm for CRM and experience in email marketing and CRM are highly desirable. You should also possess a good understanding of numbers and analytical strength, as well as excellent German language skills (C1 level).
