Job Title: Policy Analyst

Uniper is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Policy Analyst to join our Governmental Relations International Team in Düsseldorf. As a Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our team in developing and implementing energy policy strategies that drive the energy transition forward.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate energy policy processes for Uniper, including regulatory and political activities
  • Develop and implement strategic policy analyses, position papers, decision papers, presentations, memos, and energy policy analyses
  • Identify key political decision-makers and stakeholders, and establish and maintain relationships with them
  • Represent Uniper's interests in energy policy matters to politicians, government agencies, industry associations, and other organizations
  • Provide policy advice and support to Uniper's senior executives in energy policy discussions and events
  • Organize and support energy policy events and conferences
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in economics, politics, law, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of energy policy, regulatory frameworks, and international relations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages an asset
