Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Management die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens.
  • Als PMO (Project Management Officer) unterstützt du die strategische und operative Ausrichtung der Geschäftsentwicklung und förderst deren Umsetzung.
  • Du überwachst den Fortschritt der operativen Strategieumsetzung auf Unternehmensebene sowie in den einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen.
  • Du planst und strukturierst die Meetings mit dem Management und den Partnern.
  • Du unterstützt bei der strategischen Akquisition und identifizierst wichtige Akquisitionsmöglichkeiten für die Unternehmensentwicklung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Optimierung bestehender und neuer Geschäftsfelder.
  • Du führst strategische Marktanalysen durch und entwickelst Businesspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Partnern.

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in der (Strategie-)Beratung, im Business Development einer Unternehmensberatung, Kanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, in der Unternehmensentwicklung oder in der Assistenz der Geschäftsführung.
  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang (mindestens Bachelor; Master, Diplom oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sind von Vorteil).
  • Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, gemäß unserer Hands-on-Mentalität und dem Commitment to Excellence.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, zeichnest dich durch Selbstständigkeit, einen souveränen Auftritt und Flexibilität aus und bist bereit zu reisen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
