Identity and Access Management Specialist

This role is part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product team within the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) function and is responsible for shaping the future of identity and access management within the General Logistics Systems (GLS) Group.

What can you expect with us?

  • Design, implement, operate, and optimize the group-wide IAM solution to ensure seamless access and security.
  • Align the IAM architecture with relevant stakeholders, including Human Resources, security, compliance, and Information Technology teams.
  • Collaborate in the group-wide implementation project to drive IAM adoption and best practices.
  • Integrate directory services and new applications into the IAM solution to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Consult with stakeholders on IAM topics, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Coordinate and execute regular controls, such as re-certification of rights and process reviews, to maintain a secure IAM environment.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and security standards.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable professional work experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the area of identity and access management, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, user management, privileged access management, and single-sign-on.
  • Knowledge of current information security challenges and specific security risks in the enterprise environment.
  • Experience with established IAM solutions and a strong understanding of security best practices.
  • Advanced language proficiency in English, with other languages being a plus.
