- Front Office Operations: Handle guest check-in and check-out, manage reservation requests, and perform all front office administrative tasks independently.
- Cash Handling and Accounts: Be responsible for cash handling and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records and ensuring financial integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to effective operational workflow, ensuring active communication flow among all areas of the establishment.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Completed training in hotel management and experience in similar positions, with a demonstrated dedication to teamwork and responsibility.
- Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate hotel operations and knowledge of Opera hotel software is a plus.
