Customer Service Ambassador

At Personalbüro U. Herrmann, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to their social media account, marketing, and advertising inquiries.
- Offer personalized product advice to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Document customer interactions in our database to ensure seamless follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (B2 level in speech and writing).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Interest in social media, online media, or digital marketing.
- Flexibility to work a rotating multi-shift schedule (Monday – Sunday, 7:00 – 23:00).
- Confidence in using a PC and willingness to continuously expand your skills.
- German residency (note: applicants from Saxony, Hessen, Saarland, and Hamburg are not eligible).
- Ability to work remotely and meet the requirements for a remote workplace.
