Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Application Analyst at SoCura, you will play a crucial role in the conception, development, and enhancement of data integration processes tailored for our Business Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes to support our BI initiatives.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work collaboratively to define and shape the future data strategy and contribute to the Business Intelligence Competence Center.
- Requirements Implementation: Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions and business processes based on detailed concept documents.
- Client Support: Provide consulting and ongoing support for clients and Key Users throughout the application lifecycle.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze, evaluate, and address requirements and issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Create detailed IT concepts, determine test cases, and develop test plans, including Cut-Over and GoLive strategies.
- Independent Execution: Execute requirements and programming tasks independently, including conducting function tests and defining specifications for external implementation.
- Project Management: Manage projects or subprojects effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration.
- Extensive experience in complex IT projects, rollouts, or IT service management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies; PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in process analysis using tools such as BPMN.
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 service processes, at least at the Foundation level.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
- Ability to think analytically and work in a structured manner.
- Willingness to participate in client meetings and travel as needed.
- A valid driver's license and proficiency in English are preferred.
