Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our B2B Partnerships team at Raisin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new partners, as well as managing our online banking system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Support the B2B Partnerships team in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
  • Content Management
    • Create and update client documents and templates using Adobe Acrobat and MS Word.
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer documents.
  • Online Banking System Management
    • Manage partners, banks, products, and documents in our Content Management Systems.
    • Perform data analysis using MS Excel and our Business Intelligence application.
  • Support and Operations
    • Assist in day-to-day operations, including contract management.
    • Support the team in creating partner and customer communication.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent English skills and German language proficiency at the B2 level.Proficiency in common IT office applications (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite).A strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.A commitment to a minimum duration of four months.
