Senior Program Manager - Customer Experience

Amazon CS Berlin GmbH - C25 is seeking a talented Senior Program Manager to enhance our customer service initiatives in Europe. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving improvements through a Voice of Customers (VOC) program.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing intricate expansion programs, especially within customer service or retail sectors. They should be adept at navigating fast-paced environments and excel in defining and executing program strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish program direction and ensure alignment within Amazon's Customer Service.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop operational procedures.
  • Prioritize and oversee project execution with various teams.
  • Monitor the quality of project delivery and overall program advancement.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Assume full responsibility for the execution and success of the program.
