Senior Program Manager - Customer Experience

Amazon CS Berlin GmbH - C25 is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to join their team in Europe. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through a Voice of Customers (VOC) program.

The successful applicant must have a strong background in managing complex expansion programs, particularly in customer service or retail. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at defining and implementing program strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program direction and secure alignment within Amazon's Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to design operational procedures.
  • Prioritize projects and oversee their execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project delivery quality and overall program progress.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide progress reports regularly.
  • Take full responsibility for program execution and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Utilization of data for driving improvements
  • Ownership of program strategy and end-to-end delivery
