Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for your assigned domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Translate product features into detailed technical user stories, suitable for agile development teams to implement.
- Create, maintain, and organize the product backlog into incremental releases, ensuring seamless integration with other functional domains.
- Set sprint goals, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with other product owners and managers to identify integration points and ensure coherence of product releases.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, driving progress and addressing production issues during sprints.
- Analyze customer preferences and requests, and coordinate development services with external providers as needed.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of project management practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to lead cross-functional development teams and motivate team members.
- Motivated to learn new topics and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to complex challenges.
- Genuine interest in the e-mobility industry and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
