Join Our Team as a 3D Web Experience Developer
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of immersive digital experiences. We are in search of a dedicated developer who will play a pivotal role in crafting our location-based storytelling experiences accessible through web browsers.
Our web initiatives include virtual tours that allow users to navigate through 3D scanned environments enriched with multimedia elements such as images, videos, and 3D models. You appreciate the synergy between functionality and aesthetics, recognizing that both are interdependent.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our web-based 3D and AR tour projects, creating immersive metaverse experiences.
- Manage project complexity and timelines using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate a passion for design and computer graphics, creating visual tools to address challenges.
- Build components and interfaces that integrate and control 3D web elements.
- Oversee the implementation of Content Management Systems and backend solutions.
- Establish and maintain testing and quality assurance environments.
- Transform UI and UX designs from tools like Figma into responsive, multi-platform websites.
- Aim for optimal user experiences and ensure project completion.
- Engage in activities that foster a healthy and diverse workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional talent will be considered.
- Proven experience in defining coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Over 5 years of expertise in JavaScript and HTML5.
- More than 5 years of experience in backend development, REST API design, and browser-based 3D rendering.
- At least 3 years of experience with Three.js, SVG, WebGL, Canvas/CSS animations, and 3D graphics.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and automated deployment systems for 2+ years.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- Experience in the game, VFX, or VR industries, with knowledge of Unity/Unreal game engines and GitHub workflows is advantageous.
- Experience with computer graphics, including shaders and ray tracing, using various programming languages.
- Basic 3D modeling skills for minor adjustments and conversions.
