Join Our Team as a 3D Web Experience Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of immersive digital experiences. We are in search of a dedicated developer who will play a pivotal role in crafting how our location-centric storytelling experiences are delivered online.

Our web initiatives involve creating virtual tours where users navigate through 3D scanned environments enriched with multimedia elements such as images, videos, and 3D models. You understand that functionality and aesthetics are intertwined, and you strive to ensure they complement each other.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our web-based 3D and AR tour projects, creating engaging virtual environments.
  • Manage project timelines and complexities using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a passion for design and computer graphics, creating visual tools to address challenges.
  • Build components and interfaces that integrate and manipulate 3D web elements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Content Management Systems and backend functionalities.
  • Establish and maintain testing and quality assurance environments.
  • Transform UI and UX designs from tools like Figma into responsive, multi-platform websites.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional user experiences and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Engage in activities that foster a healthy and diverse workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional talent is valued.
  • Proven experience in defining coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
  • 5+ years of expertise in JavaScript and HTML5.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, REST API design, and browser-based 3D rendering.
  • 3+ years of proficiency with Three.js, SVG, WebGL, Canvas/CSS animations, and 3D graphics.
  • 2+ years of familiarity with continuous integration and automated deployment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Experience in the game, VFX, or VR industries, along with knowledge of Unity/Unreal game engines and GitHub workflows is a plus.
  • Background in Computer Graphics (Shaders/GLSL, Raytracing, etc.) using various programming languages.
  • 3D modeling skills for minor adjustments and conversions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile app development and Unity applications.
  • Active participation in the AR or Blockchain communities.
