Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join our fast-paced team as an AR Platform Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing an AR platform aimed at creators and consumers, developing a range of gameplay mechanics and client/server components, and optimizing performance for mobile devices (iOS, Android, AR Glasses).
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement an AR platform that meets the needs of creators and consumers.
- Develop a range of gameplay mechanics and client/server components to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize performance for mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and AR Glasses.
- Collaborate with our Machine Learning engineers to create production-ready, specialized, and interactive computer vision models, and deploy them on a cloud infrastructure.
- Establish a QA pipeline for mobile and web apps to ensure high-quality releases.
- Review pull requests and contribute to the team's growth and development.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and the founding team in a SCRUM environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in augmented reality and apply this knowledge to improve our platform.
- Mentor new developers as part of the development team.
- 5+ years of experience in Unity development.
- Demonstrated success in shipping multiple products.
- An eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge in AR and Unity.
