Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Talent Acquisition Specialist, der unsere Unternehmensgruppe bei der Suche nach qualifizierten Mitarbeitern unterstützt.

Als Teil unseres HR-Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Gestaltung und Durchführung von Recruiting-Prozessen für verschiedene Funktionen und Unternehmensbereiche.

Unsere Unternehmensgruppe ist eine weltweit tätige Industrieausrüsterin mit einem breiten Spektrum an Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Recruiter, der unsere Marke und unsere Werte vertritt und unsere Kandidaten mit einem hohen Maß an Professionalität und Freundlichkeit behandelt.

Als Talent Acquisition Specialist werden Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von Recruiting-Prozessen für verschiedene Funktionen und Unternehmensbereiche
  • Erarbeitung von Anforderungsprofilen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR-Business-Partnern und Führungskräften
  • Steuerung und Optimierung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience entlang des kompletten Recruiting-Prozesses
  • Beratung unserer Führungskräfte zu Recruiting-Themen und erste Anlaufstelle für Kandidaten im gesamten Bewerbungsprozess
  • Entwicklung effizienter Recruiting-Instrumente und Umsetzung in eine passgenaue Sourcing-Strategie
  • Kooperation mit externen Partnern (Personaldienstleistern/ -beratern)
  • Mitarbeit und Umsetzung des Onboarding-Prozesses und der Employer-Branding-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketingteam
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Recruiting-Messen für verschiedene Zielgruppen von Auszubildenden bis hin zu (Young) Professionals
