Job Description

As a Transfer Pricing Manager at Infineon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's global tax strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to review, optimize, and further develop Infineon's transfer pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with OECD and domestic regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Transfer Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a comprehensive transfer pricing strategy that aligns with Infineon's business objectives.
  • Provide Tax Advice: Offer expert tax advice to various organizational levels within Infineon, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and minimizing tax risks.
  • Manage Transfer Pricing Projects: Lead and coordinate transfer pricing projects, including the development of transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Monitor legislative changes in transfer pricing and ensure Infineon's strategy remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting firm (Big 4) or a globally active company.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, including OECD and domestic regulations, BEPS, MAP, and APA. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English and German.
