We are seeking a dedicated Manager Transfer Pricing to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As part of this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our tax transfer pricing compliance, refining our Group's transfer pricing concept, offering expert transfer pricing advice across all organizational levels, and contributing to M&A activities and intra-group restructurings in the area of transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, Optimize, and Develop Global Tax Transfer Pricing Strategy
  • Collaborate in the Development and Implementation of Group's Internal Transfer Pricing Guidelines
  • Provide Tax Advice on Transfer Pricing Issues
  • Provide Transfer Pricing Advice in M&A Activities and Intra-Group Restructurings
  • Determine Arm's Length Transfer Pricing Methods and Transfer Prices
  • Monitor Legislative Changes in Transfer Pricing
  • Defend Tax Positions in Transfer Pricing
  • Participate in TP Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting
  • Prepare and Hold Internal Training Courses
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Economics, Law, or Comparable Field
  • At Least 5 Years of Professional Experience in Transfer Pricing
  • Basic Industry Knowledge
  • Sound Knowledge in Transfer Pricing Regulations
  • Legal Knowledge of Implementing Intercompany Agreements
  • In-Depth Business and Economic Knowledge
  • Practical Experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong Communication Skills in English and German
