Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer - Microsoft Exchange Expert to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Exchange server environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Exchange server services such as high availability, public folders, mail flow, disaster recovery, managed availability, messaging policies, compliance, and reporting and logging.
  • Assess and troubleshoot Exchange server environments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for best practices.
  • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Deep understanding of SMTP and failover clustering to ensure reliable and efficient email services.
  • Proven track record of planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
  • At least five or more project experience in a similar role.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in Microsoft Exchange server architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Self-reliant and strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
  • PowerShell scripting experience to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
