Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

In der Position als Head of Sales and Trading Operations (Vollzeit) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem dynamischen Bereich des Metallhandels und Batterierecyclings. Dein tiefes Verständnis für globale Handelsstrategien, Risikomanagement und Marktanalysen wird die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Verkaufsstrategien vorantreiben. Du stehst im Mittelpunkt unserer Bemühungen, indem du den Markt analysierst, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen pflegst und unser Team durch die Herausforderungen des globalen Marktes leitest.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Führung: Entwicklung und Implementierung globaler Handels- und Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Teamleitung: Leitung des Sales and Trading Teams und Förderung der Expertise im Bereich der nachhaltigen Materialwirtschaft.
  • Marktanalyse und Risikomanagement: Durchführung detaillierter Marktanalysen im Bereich Metallhandel und Batterierecycling.
  • Verhandlungsführung und Stakeholder-Management: Durchführung strategischer Verhandlungen und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden und -partnern.
  • Digitalisierung: Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung im Handelssektor.

Dein Profil, mit dem du zu uns gehörst:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Sales oder Handel, idealerweise in der Metall- oder Recyclingindustrie.
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte, idealerweise auch im agilen Umfeld.
  • Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, Ehrgeiz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
