Position Overview:

Emerald Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Forex Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small group of Forex Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support as they engage with potential clients interested in our exclusive trading community.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent communications to ensure high-quality interactions.
  • In the absence of team members, directly address client inquiries to maintain service continuity.
  • Manage our social media platforms, responding to comments and messages from prospective clients.
  • Participate in management tasks such as report generation and team meetings.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include:

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Monday - Friday
  • Tuesday - Saturday

Shift Details:

  • For Monday - Friday:
    • Morning Shift: 9:00 - 18:00 Amsterdam time
    • Mid-Shift: 13:00 - 22:00 Amsterdam time
    • Evening Shift: 15:00 - 00:00 Amsterdam time
  • For Saturday: 12:00 - 21:00 Amsterdam time
  • For Sunday: 13:00 - 22:00 Amsterdam time

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Forex trading is essential.
  • Fluency in German (native) and English (professional) in both spoken and written forms.
  • Strong understanding of trading processes, broker operations, and Forex terminology.
  • Significant sales experience, particularly in understanding the psychological aspects of client interactions.
  • Creative and articulate in promoting our services subtly.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
