Für unser Team suchen wir eine:n Lead Financial Specialist (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die präzise Erfassung und Verwaltung aller finanziellen Transaktionen im Haupt- und Nebenbuch.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Beratung des Accounting Managers und des Head of Finance in allen Belangen der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung finanzieller Strategien.
  • Gewährleistung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung gemäß nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB & IFRS) sowie Berichterstattung innerhalb der globalen Unternehmensstruktur.
  • Überprüfung und Validierung der internen Buchhaltung, einschließlich der Abstimmung von Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkonten.
  • Rechnungsprüfung, -erstellung und Überwachung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und -verprobungen.
  • Übernahme verschiedener Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft (Intercompany-Abstimmung, Allokation von Sammelbuchungen, Buchung und Abstimmung der Gehälter usw.).
  • Kommunikation mit externen Stellen, Bearbeitung und Klärung handelsrechtlicher bzw. steuerlicher Fragestellungen sowie aktive Mitarbeit an der Implementierung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Accounting / Steuern, eine Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder in der Bilanzbuchhaltung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Accounting, Steuern oder Wirtschaftsprüfung gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse von HGB sowie IFRS und der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Anhang und Lagebericht.
  • Deine Expertise im Hauptbuch, Anlagen- sowie Kreditorenbereich sowie im Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Außerdem bringst Du ausgeprägte konzeptionelle, strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit.
  • Mit MS Excel und SAP (insbesondere SAP FI) bist Du vertraut und kannst sicher mit den Systemen umgehen. Erfahrungen in TM1 sowie BI & BPC sind von Vorteil, können jedoch durch Deine Proaktivität schnell erlernt werden.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
