Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Master Thesis in Process Science USP: High Cell Density Intermediates and N-1 Perfusion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the development of high cell density process intermediates and N-1 perfusion strategies to establish an intensified fed-batch process for the production of therapeutic proteins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust HCD process intermediates
  • Integrate N-1 perfusion-based cell banking
  • Implement intensified fed-batch processes
  • Optimize process parameters
  • Evaluate process impact
Requirements
  • Degree in biotechnology, technical biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, biosciences or similar
  • Experience in working with cell culture
  • Knowledge of and interest in fed-batch and perfusion processes desirable
  • Quick comprehension, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Independent and structured way of working and team spirit
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
