Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Recruiting & Personal Marketing to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruiting and personal marketing strategy to attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan to identify, attract, and retain top talent for all business areas.
  • Design and execute innovative personal marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain our employer brand, including social media presence, career fairs, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by optimizing the entire recruitment process.
  • Lead and develop the recruiting and personal marketing team, providing coaching and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including HR, marketing, and employee representatives, to align personal strategies and implement them.
  • Analyze recruiting and marketing metrics and report regularly to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in recruiting, personal marketing, or employer branding, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as high social competence.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, preferably in the HR field.
  • Good knowledge of modern HR technologies and social media marketing.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
