Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join us as a Senior Client Relationship Manager for the Property Sector & Investment (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Germany.

This role is part of our global Places division. In collaboration with our clients worldwide, we design, promote, and enhance intelligent, secure, and sustainable environments where individuals can live, work, learn, and thrive. The quality of life is profoundly influenced by the design and operation of spaces, be it residential complexes, retail outlets, workplaces, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, or data centers. Communities flourish when their living, working, and recreational spaces are thoughtfully crafted to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients in the Property & Investment sector concerning their asset portfolios and sustainable development initiatives.
  • Provide independent and expert consultancy to our clients in the Financial Institutions & Commercial Developers sector on intricate matters.
  • Manage existing international client relationships while expanding business connections, both within Germany and internationally.
  • Drive the development of digital solutions by engaging relevant national and international teams to create customer-centric digital offerings.
  • Facilitate the execution of strategic projects for our clients, leveraging extensive experience across various asset classes.
  • Pursue new project opportunities and foster follow-up projects for existing clients in the Property & Investment sector.
  • Deliver proactive client support and guidance while establishing new strategic partnerships with our international key clients.
  • Design and implement pertinent projects in collaboration with project management teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance through oversight of ongoing projects and active program management.
  • Collaborate internationally with clients, colleagues, and relevant contacts from Arcadis' global units.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed technical or business studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in sustainability or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in service acquisition and consulting.
  • Established network within the Property & Investment sector.
  • Consulting experience addressing sustainability challenges with international clients in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Investment, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
  • Focus on innovation management and the development of new consulting methodologies to effectively support our international clients.
  • Familiarity with project management requirements in Germany and knowledge of international regulations and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a commitment to high performance.
  • Attributes such as goal-oriented work ethic, independence, teamwork, communication skills, and a strong customer focus.
  • Team player with the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and structures.
  • Solid technical and commercial understanding, along with creativity in developing tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
