About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Grand City Property. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial and residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their living and working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Administration: Manage the administrative tasks related to our properties, including rent collection, lease agreements, and property maintenance.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for our tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are made in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are made in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
