AI House Founder's Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate for AI Innovation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging programming and experiences for our annual conference.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage relationships with industry partners, academia, government, and tech stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
- Support our small team in planning, executing, and monitoring operational topics to ensure the success of our annual conference.
- Shape the agenda of the AI House and bring in ideas to place relevant topics in the world of AI.
- Ensure project materials and communication are up-to-date and shared with the right stakeholders.
We are looking for a driven and capable individual with an outstanding track record in project management, entrepreneurship, and tech. You should:
- Be driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset.
- Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and finding creative solutions to drive results.
- Have previously completed internships in a similar environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail.
- Be passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the AI revolution.
- Be based in Zurich or Berlin and willing to occasionally travel for work.
