Steag is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Sales Controller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage and streamline sales operations, ensuring efficient use of our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies.
- Provide valuable support to marketing campaigns by analyzing campaign effectiveness and contributing to strategic planning.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in Business Administration or Engineering, coupled with at least two years of relevant experience in a sales-oriented environment. Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in English are essential for success in this role.
