Position Overview:

Join the dynamic B2B Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This role is pivotal in driving the company's expansion, allowing you to witness the direct impact of your contributions. You will engage in promoting and selling innovative business solutions to both new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include actively selling, negotiating, and providing quotes for our SaaS offerings. You will also ensure excellent customer service through proactive follow-ups and comprehensive account management via phone.

We seek individuals with strong listening abilities who can adapt their approach to understand customer needs effectively. Your goal will be to deliver a valuable B2B sales experience with each interaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily call activities to meet established KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Take commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring quality sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • An innovative thinker who continuously seeks improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong active listening capabilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
