Surgical Education Expansion Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the expansion and growth of our US subsidiary, driving business development and strategic initiatives.

Conduct in-depth research on current education models specific to medical education, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of network relationships between target fields and current providers, informing strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Stay up-to-date on market trends in Latin America and Canada, analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.

Support market research and analysis, identifying trends and new target markets for expansion.

Explore potential funding possibilities, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Assist with on-site visits and daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business plans.

About You

Fluent English speaker, with German language skills a plus.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.

Effective communicator, with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Curious and willing to develop new ideas and approaches, with a passion for innovation and growth.

Remote work arrangement, with a preference for candidates located near Cologne.
