Position Overview

We are seeking a Working Student to contribute to our E.ON Energy Markets GmbH team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in innovative projects and gain valuable experience in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, scalable, and secure solutions for energy trading, risk management, and portfolio management utilizing advanced cloud-native technologies (Azure).
  • Collaborate within a multinational team across seven European countries.
  • Engage closely with developers and product teams in an agile setting.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in web development and JavaScript.
  • Experience with .NET or any object-oriented programming is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing is a significant plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
