Join SAP as a Working Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our internal team with improving standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions documentation and enablement material for end-users.
  • Consolidate backlogs and handle project tasks.
  • Provide qualified advice on process and/or tool usage and compliance.
  • Strive for process and tool optimization and adoption.
What You'll Gain:

  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow.
Requirements:
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Engineering, or Technology.
  • Computer skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
  • Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ITOM) processes.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with strong writing skills. German beneficial.
  • Soft skills: Attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools.
