Your Role as Regional Manager:
- Oversee the sales and organizational enhancement of your designated area, working in close partnership with the Sales Director and specialized teams in Commercial and Life Insurance.
- Execute strategic initiatives to meet the objectives set by Zurich Group in Germany and the exclusive organization within your territory.
- Provide support and training to agencies in your region, organizing essential training sessions and offering guidance on business and organizational strategies.
- Recruit and integrate new agencies and intermediaries, ensuring adherence to established quality standards, while planning for succession and talent management within agencies.
- Guarantee compliance with Zurich's standards and procedures, including documentation requirements, training protocols, and utilization of available tools.
Your Profile:
- Completed education in insurance or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in sales leadership.
- Proactive mindset, organized work approach, and capability to implement and refine strategic objectives.
- Strong communication skills, experience in employee training and development, and a solid understanding of business and organizational principles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales support technologies.
