Your role in this innovative environment:
As an intern within our Manufacturing Engineering division, you will contribute to the design and enhancement of production equipment and methodologies for our battery assembly line.
- You will assist in the development of tools and fixtures, as well as support layout planning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Your involvement will include aiding in the prototype assembly process.
- You will gather and organize documentation pertinent to product design and manufacturing procedures.
- Your responsibilities will include creating and updating work instructions.
- You will analyze the capabilities of production equipment and perform time analysis.
- You will support equipment validation processes.
- You will collaborate with suppliers.
- Safety regulations and protocols will be a priority in your daily tasks.
Essential skills you should possess:
- You are pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- You have experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with CAD software, particularly Siemens NX, is advantageous.
- A keen interest in manufacturing processes, with prior experience in this field being a plus.
