About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at S-Kreditpartner. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders for our Meldewesen applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders for our Meldewesen applications, including Abacus and BAIS.
  • Configuration and Development: Configure and develop our Meldewesen applications to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing support and guidance on our Meldewesen applications.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to our Meldewesen applications.
  • Documentation: Create documentation for our Meldewesen applications, including data concept and user manuals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of on-site regulatory requirements, relevant processes, and standards in the banking and financial services industry. Proficiency in Meldewesen applications, such as Abacus and BAIS, and the core banking system OSPlus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
