We are seeking a highly skilled App Growth Manager to join our team at apploft GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our clients' mobile apps through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing techniques.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing data from app stores, ad platforms, and specialized tools to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Optimize keywords and product pages in app stores to improve visibility and drive downloads.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for Apple Search Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing and advise our clients on suitable measures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing ad platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads.
- First-hand experience in app marketing and app install campaigns, preferably from a previous role or internship.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
