Your Responsibilities:- Selection and screening of antibody fragments using phage display techniques.
- Application of standard methods in protein biochemistry and immunology, such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and Western blotting.
- Conducting basic cell biological tasks, including cell line passaging and cryopreservation.
- Utilizing molecular biological techniques, such as cloning and PCR.
- Careful evaluation and documentation of results.
- Presentation of data within the internal framework.
- Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician (m/w/d) or a related field in biology, chemistry, medicine, or pharmacy, or a completed master's degree in biology.
- Solid knowledge in molecular biology, immunology, and cell biology.
- Good technical understanding of laboratory infrastructure.
- Experience with high-throughput screening methods is desirable.
- High level of organizational skills and reliability.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in IT (MS Office, DNA analysis software, GraphPad Prism).
- Good command of both German and English.
