Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team at SYNLAB. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing laboratory samples to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute laboratory samples for analysis
  • Perform and interpret ELISA, Blot, and Immunofluorescence tests
  • Validate and document test results
  • Conduct quality control checks and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Participate in proficiency testing and laboratory comparisons
  • Perform inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies

Requirements

  • Completed education and training as a Laboratory Technician - MTL - MTLA / BTA (m/w/d) or equivalent
  • Experience in laboratory work and microscopical analysis
  • Technical knowledge and good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
