Medical Laboratory Technician

SYNLAB is seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in the field of Autoimmunology.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in processing samples for medical diagnosis and treatment planning within our state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute samples with meticulous care.
- Conduct ELISA, Blot, and Immunofluorescence tests with precision.
- Perform microscopic evaluations of Immunofluorescence test results.
- Validate and meticulously document all test results for accuracy.
- Ensure the highest quality standards by performing quality controls and maintenance tasks.
- Actively participate in lab comparisons and quality assurance activities to maintain excellence.
- Manage inventory effectively and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile:
- Possess a recognized qualification in MTL - MTLA / BTA or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in medical laboratory techniques.
- Prior experience with microscopy is highly advantageous for this role.
- Exhibit strong technical and IT skills to effectively utilize laboratory equipment and software.
- Demonstrate fluency in German for clear communication within the team and with clients.
