This is a vibrant opportunity within our dedicated International team for a native English-speaking professional who is passionate about sales across various market sectors, including Automotive, Marine, Motorbike, DIY-Hardware, Bicycle, Carwash, and Hospitality.

Numerous prestigious Automotive, Marine, and Motorcycle OEM companies, along with major Hardware and Aftermarket businesses, depend on the quality and expertise that Dursol Fabrik delivers.

Role Responsibilities:

In this dynamic position, your primary focus will be on business development, ensuring exceptional service and support to both new and existing clients. As the International Sales Manager for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal, you will excel in professional selling while consistently meeting sales and profit objectives.

  • Enhancing sales revenue by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Proactively pursuing and securing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing accounts.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with regular travel.
  • Collaborating closely with the International Back Office Management to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven history of success in sales and international account management, fully dedicated to driving sales growth.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the Automotive, Hardware, or Industrial sectors.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build on existing relationships.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Some background knowledge of the relevant industries is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Quick-thinking with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods.
