Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales / Order Processing Clerk to join our small but efficient team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing national and international customers from order intake to completion, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders efficiently, creating quotes and coordinating with the internal sales team.
  • Manage customer relationships, communicating effectively via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Verify and post invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Support international product and sales managers in creating quotes and order confirmations.
  • Collaborate closely with our international team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, for daily communication.
  • Ideal native-level Mandarin Chinese language skills, with proficiency in English or Chinese compensating for German language deficiencies.
  • Strong goal orientation and customer service skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Office products, and modern communication tools.
  • Ideal experience with ERP systems, preferably Büro+.
