Join our Adina team as a Guest Services Coordinator and leave a lasting first impression as the face of Adina. While managing the reception and coordinating daily tasks, you will ensure adherence to standards and guidelines, utilizing your sales skills and in-depth knowledge of all room categories. To ensure our guests leave as happy as they arrived, you will manage guest accounts accurately and ensure billing is completed prior to check-out.
If you have 1 to 2 years of experience at a reception desk and are familiar with MS Office and hotel management systems, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
