Wir suchen einen engagierten und motivierten Talent Development Assistant, der sich für den Bereich Learning und Development begeistert und aktiv an der Planung, Koordination und dem Monitoring von Lernangeboten sowie Entwicklungsprogrammen für die internen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mitwirken möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Planung und Organisation von Trainings sowie Entwicklungsprogrammen des Fresenius Lernangebots
  • Technische Administration der Lernangebote in unseren Learning-Management-Systemen (LMS)
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Kommunikationsunterlagen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung neuer Talent Development-Angebote
  • Eingebundenheit in das administrative Tagesgeschäft der Abteilung Talent Development

Ihre Kompetenz ist gefragt

  • Momentanes Vollzeitstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie oder Wirtschaftspädagogik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigsten MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für den Bereich Talent Development & Learning sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit einem Lern-Management-System, z. B. Workday Learning wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
