About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Expert to join our team at REWE, a leading retail company in Germany. As an HR Expert for Talent Development and Organizational Growth, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop opportunities for employee growth and development, providing expert advice to senior leaders on talent management strategies
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative HR programs and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs for various audiences, including leadership development and assessment centers
  • Analyze business needs and design and implement effective HR solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in HR, talent development, training, and change management, with a strong track record of driving business results
  • Expertise in online training and development, with the ability to design and deliver innovative learning solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
