Role Responsibilities

As part of the Mercedes-Benz DIGITAL division, you will engage in shaping the future of CRM IT systems across Europe. Your primary focus will be on enhancing business processes in sales to ensure optimal customer support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to develop a new CRM solution tailored for the European market.
  • Maintaining regular communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Gaining insights into team leadership and managing interdisciplinary projects.
  • Independently handling assigned work packages.
  • Participating in various organizational tasks.
Qualifications

Required:

  • A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field; IT specialization is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, DataCloud, etc.) is beneficial.
