The Mercedes-Benz CRM framework is essential for effective and professional customer engagement. You will collaborate within a diverse team, where each member contributes unique skills, fostering mutual growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the team to develop a new CRM solution tailored for the European market
- Engaging in regular communication with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Gaining insights into collaborative team leadership and managing interdisciplinary projects
- Independently handling assigned work packages
- Participating in various organizational tasks
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; IT specialization is a plus
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is advantageous
- Knowledge of Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, DataCloud, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to understand complex contexts quickly
- Organized, team-oriented, and possesses strong organizational skills
- Enjoy tackling personal and professional challenges
- Practical experience in the digital landscape, preferably in digital sales (e.g., startups), is desirable
