Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass:
- Collaborating with a diverse team to develop a new CRM solution tailored for the European market.
- Engaging in regular communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.

- Independently handling assigned work packages.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in IT being advantageous.
- Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, DataCloud) is desirable.
